A collection of random thoughts, rhetorical questions, and a dash of whimsy - all things that fit quite nicely under the burnt reds and oranges of fall foliage.
How is it that I can lay out in the sun for 45 minutes and barely get any color - just a touch of red that fades in a day - but I wash my car in the very same yard - only out for about 20 minutes - and my back is burnt and hurting? Bizarre, I say.

Lack of melanin, I say :-)
Anyways, all the melanin in my skin ... couldn't save me from a near heat stroke y'day when I was out shopping at an outdoor outlet.
My overactive imagination keeps on conjuring this image up. C'mon, I was just 22 when I first saw "One Night at McCool's"!
Wow - I've never been compared to Liv Tyler. A lot of people say I remind them of Marisa Tomei, but never Liv Tyler. Cool... I think
And just for future reference - most women don't climb on cars like that when they wash them.
The answer, I believe, is sweat.
No douby the exertion of washing your vehicle dried out your skin, leaving you more open to burnage(?)
Next patient please....
"most women don't climb on cars like that when they wash them"
Yes, that is true. Only hot redheads (like Liv Tyler) do! I'm a sucker for redheads X-D
I climb on my car like that when I wash it. And the red lip gloss makes my lips look oh, so extra pouty.
I burn within seconds of being in the sun any more. I sound like an old fart, but wear sunblock!
I'm still trying to figure out how washing my car makes it rain.
